Do you deliver in Karachi?

Yes. We deliver fresh meat, chicken, fruit and vegetables across Karachi from our shop on Khayaban-e-Shujaat, Shah Rasool Colony, with same-day and next-day slots.

Which areas of Karachi do you deliver to?

Anywhere within 50 km by road of our shop, which covers most of the city. We calculate the real road distance to the pin you drop at checkout rather than guessing from the area name.

How much is the delivery charge?

Rs. 150 within 10 km, Rs. 300 between 10 and 30 km, and Rs. 500 between 30 and 50 km. Your exact distance, zone and charge are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum within 10 km. Beyond 10 km a minimum order of Rs. 5,000 applies, which is why the longer zones mainly suit bulk and family orders.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. We are a wholesale vegetable centre, so bulk orders for households, hostels, restaurants and events are routine. Bulk quantities also meet the minimum for the longer delivery zones.

Do you sell to individuals, or only in bulk?

Both. There is no minimum order within 10 km of the shop, so ordering a single kilo of vegetables or one cut of chicken is completely normal.

Is your meat frozen?

No. We keep no frozen or pre-cut meat stock. Chicken and beef are cut after your order is placed, in the cut you choose.

When is my order prepared?

After you place it. Meat is cut, produce is picked and everything is weighed and packed once the order comes in, then sent out in your chosen delivery slot rather than sitting ready in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery. Online payment is built and will appear as an option at checkout once the bank details are finalised.

Can I order online?

Yes. Add what you need to your cart, drop a pin at your delivery address, choose a delivery slot and place the order. You will get a four-digit verification code that the rider confirms on arrival.

Can I pick up from the shop instead of paying for delivery?

Yes. You are welcome to buy directly at the shop on Khayaban-e-Shujaat, Shah Rasool Colony, Karachi, open 6 AM to 10 PM every day.

Is the meat halal?

Yes. All chicken and beef we sell is halal, sourced and prepared according to standard halal practice.
